Simultaneous interpreting in Brussels City Hall within the framework of the solidarity week.

>>> Simultaneous interpretation at the Brussels City Hall in the framework of the week of solidarity. Following the positive collaboration last year, Brussels’ Authorities have entrusted our translation company with the simultaneous translation of their opening session organized at the Town Hall.

The Solidarity Unit of the Brussels’ Authorities carries our activities aiming at informing and raising awareness about North-South issues. It tries to disseminate information about the imbalanced relations between North and South and tries for foster greater solidarity between the population of Brussels and the rest of the world.

Summary of the services provided: as a Brussels-based translation and interpreting agency it was quite routine for us to participate in this event in the City Hall. Our interpreters provided simultaneous interpreting (“simultaneous translation”) in French and Dutch and our technical service set up the necessary material for the job. Obviously, events in Brussels are not restricted to services in French and Dutch; institutions located in the city often ask us to provide interpretation into English for their international guests.
