Our interpreters regularly work with American VIPs in Belgium. Of note, Colingua accompanied Christian Picciolini, whose life inspired the movie American History X, on his Belgium tour as part of an anti-radicalization campaign with the American embassy in Brussels. Our team of interpreters worked with the renowned American architect Daniel Libeskind, who designed, among other projects, the Jewish Museum in Berlin, the World Trade Center in Manhattan, and the Imperial War Museum North in Greater Manchester. Libeskind flew to Belgium several times to defend a new project as part of an architectural competition by the City of Mons for its new congress center. Our professionals simultaneously interpreted Libeskind’s defense of the project before the jury. Libeskind was declared the winner and our interpreters then worked with his team during later visits to Belgium to oversee the congress center’s construction.
Accompanying public figures can also be done with a mobile interpretation system offering simultaneous interpretation.
